Reading the site

We use a measurement tool from Aranova to see which pages get read and which ads bring people here. It records the pages you open, how long you stay, how far down a page you get, clicks on buttons we have marked as calls to action, and taps on a phone number. It stores an anonymous session identifier in your browser so a visit reads as one visit instead of nine.

If you arrive from an ad, the click identifier that Google or Meta attaches to the link is saved to a cookie. That is the piece that connects an ad to a consultation request, which is the only reason we run any of this.

We do not sell any of it, and we do not build advertising audiences out of your reading.

Turning ad measurement off

Ad measurement is on when you arrive. There is a link at the bottom of every page that turns it off. Use it and we stop sending anything to Google and Meta from your browser, including the signal that an ad led to a consultation. That choice is remembered for 90 days on that browser, after which it resets and you can set it again. The same link turns it back on.

Being clear about what that link does not do: our own page counting keeps running. We still record which pages you opened and how far you read, because that is how one person decides what to write next. It stays with us and goes to no advertising platform.

To stop that too, block cookies for this site in your browser. Nothing here breaks if you do.

The consultation form

A consultation request is different from reading. You are handing us information on purpose, so we keep all of it: your name, email, phone if you give one, province, experience level, the topics and products you picked, whether you have used peptide compounds before and which ones, your goal, your questions, anything you add in the free text boxes, your requested time, and the name you type to confirm consent.

Some of that is information about your own health that you have chosen to tell us. It goes two places: to us by email so we can answer you, and to the Aranova measurement system described above, where it is stored with the submission so a request can be tied back to the ad or the article that produced it. Do not put anything in the form you would not want stored in both.

A consultation is education, not medical care. The editorial policy covers what that means in practice.

Leaving the site

Links to CRX Peptides carry a tag saying which page sent you, so both sides can see what readers find useful. Once you land there you are on their site under their privacy terms, not ours. The disclosures page explains that relationship.

Asking us to delete it

Email consult@livebetter.blog and ask for a copy of what we hold on you, or ask us to delete it. One person reads that inbox, so allow a few days.
