You scanned the banner. Hi.
Curious about peptides?Good. Stay curious.
LIVE BETTER.blog is an independent publication about peptide science, training, food, and sleep. I read the clinical trials, the Health Canada notices, and the forum threads, then write up what actually holds. No miracle claims.
The 60-second version
Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Some are approved medicines you've heard of, semaglutide and tirzepatide among them. Some are investigational drugs in real clinical trials. And some are research compounds with big reputations built almost entirely on rat studies and gym talk.
Most of what you'll hear about peptides blends those three categories into one sales pitch. This site exists to keep them apart. For every compound people ask about, there's a guide covering what it is, what the human evidence shows, what's only preclinical, and what's actually authorized in Canada.
Two things you won't find here: dosing instructions for unauthorized compounds, and testimonials dressed up as proof.
The question everyone actually has:
“okay, but where?”
Here's the straight answer. Health Canada has warned against injecting peptides bought online, and most grey-market vials are exactly the gamble you'd guess: no testing, no accountability, no idea what's in them. Most suppliers won't even publish a certificate of analysis. Which is why only one of them gets named on this site.
